Shipping Policy

At Elements of Grace Co., each candle is hand-poured with care in the mountains of Running Springs, California. Because our products are made in small batches, we take special care to ensure every order is packed safely and shipped with love.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During busy seasons, restocks, or special releases, processing may take a bit longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.

Shipping Issues & Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, once an order leaves our studio, delays caused by carriers or weather are unfortunately out of our control. If your package seems delayed or goes missing, please reach out — we’ll gladly help however we can.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out using the form below within 10 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution. For more information please see our Return Policy.

USPS and UPS require 5 photos as evidence to submit a claim, so please submit 5 photos using the form below if your order arrives damaged in transit.

Local Pick-Up (Optional)

If you’re located near Running Springs, CA, we occasionally offer local pickup during select times or markets. Reach out to us directly if you’d like to arrange a pickup option.
