Your Burning Questions

With proper burn care, your 12 oz candle will burn up to 80 hours (approx 20 burn cycles at 4 hrs a cycle) and 6 oz candles will burn up to 40 hours (10 burn cycles at 4 hours a burn cycle). 32 oz bowls will last approx 200 hours. Please see candle care faq below for details about how to take the best care of your candle!

Wooden wicks don't have to, but can be trimmed between burns. You can do this by gently pinching off a small amount of blackened wood after the candle has cooled or by using a wick trimmer. Do not trim lower than 1/4" otherwise you risk altering the burn performance. Per guidelines set by the National Candle Association, we advise not to leave your candle burning for longer than 4 hrs at a time.

While we do not offer every scent in every product on our website yet, we are able to make all of our scent options in any product medium. Our fragrances are sourced from the highest quality fragrance houses that craft the scents using a combination of pure essential oils and bio-identical fragrance oils. Bio-identical fragrance oils are lab-created oils that are assembled using the raw materials from pure essential oils without any chemical additives.

We make every effort to ensure the safety and efficacy of our product materials. Our fragrances and raw materials are always free of all common chemical additives, toxins, phthalates, parabens, prop 65 ingredients, mutagens, carcinogens, and endocrine disrupting ingredients.

Despite the hype of soy touted as an eco-friendly candle option in recent years, soy is a common endocrine disruptor that contains naturally occurring estrogenic compounds. To go an extra step in making our products the healthiest possible, we've chosen to use a wax blend that is made from coconut and apricot oils. This blend is also safe for pets!

While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the fragile and consumable nature of our products, we know things happen and we make every effort to ensure you have a great experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us using our site's contact form within 10 days of receipt and we will work with you to find a win-win scenario!

Despite every effort to ensure our products are safely protected in transit, once items leave our facility they become the property of the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured for up to $100. If your product arrives damaged, please take 5 photos of the item and packaging and submit them using the form below. We'll take care of it and send you a speedy replacement!

Perfumes with moderate daily use (2-3 applications a day) up to 150 applications per 10 ml bottle.

The dry down of our perfumes will last up to 12 hours and will begin to fade gradually after that if it isn't washed off. Individual results may vary due to natural biochemistry.

Olfactory fatigue is a scientifically proven issue with scents. This is when you become immune to smells that you are exposed to on a regular basis. Please ask a friend or family member for a second opinion and to re-sensitize your olfactory receptors and consider taking a quick break from burning for 24-48 hours.

Our perfume bases are made from olive pomace oil or perfume grade grape alcohol. Olive pomace is the second pressing from extra virgin olive oil. It's virtually scent free and contains all the amazing nutrition naturally found in olive oil.

We do! We try to mix things up seasonally. You'll find new scents yearly in the spring and fall but we will always carry our core scents. For information on new product releases make sure you subscribe to our email list!
