Your satisfaction is our top priority. While we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we want you to truly love your experience with us.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery using the form below with your order number and a photo of the issue.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please submit 5 photos of the damages using the form below as this is what is required to file claims with USPS and UPS.

We’ll be happy to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement, issuing store credit, or finding another solution that ensures you’re completely happy.
