With proper burn care, your candle will burn up to 80 hours. Please see candle care faq for details about how to care for your candle!

Wooden wicks should be trimmed between burns. You can do this by gently pinching off any blackened pieces after the candle has cooled or by using a wick trimmer. Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time as this risks overheating and can create soot.

Our fragrances are sourced from the highest quality fragrance houses that craft the scents using a combination of pure essential oils and bio-identical fragrance oils. Bio-identical fragrance oils are lab-created oils that are assembled using the raw materials from pure essential oils.

We make every effort to ensure the safety and efficacy of our product materials. Our fragrances and raw materials are always free of phthalates, parabens, and prop 65 ingredients. This means they are also mutagen and carcinogen free.

Despite the hype of soy touted as an eco-friendly candle option in recent years, soy is a common endocrine disruptor that contains naturally occurring estrogenic compounds. To go an extra step in making our products the healthiest possible, we've chosen to use a wax blend that is made from coconut and apricot oils instead.

We make every effort to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product please contact us within 10 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or products purchased from our "redeemed" collection.

Despite every effort to ensure our products are safely protected in transit, once items leave our facility they become the property of the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured for up to $100. If your product arrives damaged, please take 5 photos of the item and packaging and submit them using the form below. We'll take care of it and send you a speedy replacement!

Perfumes with moderate daily use (2-3 sprays a day) will last up to 6 months when stored in a cool environment out of direct sunlight. Because the perfume base is made from alcohol, some natural evaporation may take place in hot environments.

The dry down of our perfumes will last up to 24 hours and will begin to fade gradually after that. Individual results may vary due to natural biochemistry.

Olfactory fatigue is a scientifically proven issue with scents. This is when you become immune to smells that you are exposed to on a regular basis. Please ask a friend or family member for a second opinion before reaching out :)

Our perfume bases are made from a 200 proof perfumers grade grape alcohol or pure MCT oil from coconut.

We do! We try to mix things up seasonally. You'll find new scents yearly in the spring and fall but we will always carry our core scents. For information on new product releases make sure you subscribe to our email list!
